Our Standard Hourly Rate: £100 (excluding VAT)

This hourly rate represents significant value compared to the cost of a full-time CFO, which can range from £250,000 to £400,000 annually (equivalent to £120 - £190 per hour), not including additional employer costs such as National Insurance and pension contributions (typically adding around 20%).

Discounted Rates for Agreed Services

At Suncroft Strategic Finance Partners, we focus on delivering value, which is why we offer discounted rates for agreed services.

• Project-Based Discounts:

For specific projects, such as budget development, we offer discounted rates. For instance, if you engage us to develop your next year's budget, a basic budget estimated at 30 hours work wouldn't necessarily cost the full £3,000. By committing to this service, you'll receive a 10% discount, bringing the fee for a basic budget to £2,700.

* Important Note on Budgets: While a basic budget might take around 30 hours, it's important to note that most budgets become more intricate depending on factors such as the number of departments, personnel, products, and locations. Consequently, the required hours will increase. However, rest assured that all fees will be quoted upfront and agreed upon before any work commences.

• Retainer Discounts for Ongoing Support:

For clients requiring consistent support, we offer a 20% discount on our hourly rate for agreements exceeding 30 hours per month with a minimum commitment of 12 months.
